Not only is it depressing from the standpoint of her affairs and obsessions, but the constant descriptions of butchering meat really turned me off. I, too, was pretty horrified that her new book focuses on her infidelity! I mean, it happens, that's fine, but I don't think it's good material for a book supposedly tied to food, too. Depressing.
