I know all of these eating restrictions are tough, but if it helps, you're making them LOOK easy!

Chelsea you food looks divine as always. You are amazing in your ability to find foods that still look tasty and satisfying. A lot of people would stick to bland because they just wouldn't know what to do. I have been trying to learn from you and cook and eat better. In face I am sitting down to a big ole bowl of oatmeal (whole oats not instant) with almond butter. OMG the nut butter really adds something special to it.

This week I am supposed to be getting a few extra days off of school so I want to pack Ava up and make the drive to whole foods and trader joes to stock up. I am so excited about it. Thank you Chelsea for sharing your experience with us all. I have learned so much and still have much to learn.

Food looks tasty! I remember trying Mochi a few years back, it was cinnamon and raisin flavored--I really liked it. We put spreads on it like PB and jam, cream cheese, and butter.

I have been workin' the strawberries as of late too, so happy they are starting to make a come back.

My bill from WF is always cringe worthy--but worth every single cringe :)

I wanna try bragg's!

I must say that your eats are looking mighty tasty!! I can see myself getting some great meal ideas from you! (minus the meat :)
It "seems" like you are staying positive and now that you went grocery shopping you are even more prepared to tackle this obstacle head on!
Try Bobs Red Mill gluten free cereals. I often eat these as they taste great!
