i'm impressed with your memory too :) and so happy to read about the drastic improvement! you inspired me to look into NDs in the area but it will have to wait until after the wedding.

SO NOT the same thing, but we gave maddy probiotics after she had GI issues for about 4-5 months. we had tried ev.ery.thing. the vet said she would probably just have to be on medication ongoing which just was so against the grain for me. probiotics cleared her tummy troubles after 3 days. we gave her a month or so of twice a day supplement on her regular food and she's been fine since. it's been 2 years. the way it balances the system is amazing!

and last part of my epic comment--i did acupuncture while i went through treatment and i loved it. i feel that it really helped me. hope you love it too!

I am glad to hear that you are doing so well, Chelsea! That is just great. I have been reading along but not commenting, so I just wanted to pop in and say yay, I am happy this is working for you. :)

That Lu is so darn cute, too!

Ashley-I do use chia seeds but since my doctor was very specific about what I should use at the different times of my cycle, I've decided to follow her instructions exactly. I use chia quite regularly though.

Dude that is an intense amount of supplements!!! =P Have you thought about switching your flax consumption to chia seeds? They are choc-full of even more nutrients and much more easily digested..you don't have to grind them up either, unlike flax.
