When I moved from Minnesota to Georgia, I used Mayflower and was promised free storage (I knew I was going to be staying w/my sister for at least 3 months while I found my own place). When I went to retrieve my possessions, I was charged $75 a month. I couldn't find where my rep had written it into the bid, either. Nice way to finally get settled.
