Out of Isolation

I was in the Los Angeles area for almost 2 weeks visiting family. I had little to no internet access. Talk about isolation!!! Ha!

I have TONS of pictures to share but for now I’ll just post pictures of my first salad from my garden. I’m eating it right now and it is divine!

  My parents do sort of live in the middle of nowhere. They live in Somis which is a farm town about halfway between LA and Santa Barbara. They are surrounded by orange and lemon orchards. No high speed internet. They use Verizon Air Cards but don’t have great signal strength so it was like voodoo trying to get internet to work. 🙁
