Your dinner menu looks AWESOME…I may just have to copy it for myself! I like that you plan on leftovers. So many times, I end up with way too much purchased fresh foods for the week and I just can’t get to them. By planning on only cooking 3-4 meals/week it now only makes it less intimidating but also more frugal!
