Insomnia Strikes Again
I havenโt been sleeping well :( On Sunday night I only got about 2.5 hours of sleep and it was all I could do yesterday to get through work, hence no post!
I got about 6 hours last night but Iโm still pretty beat. I know that if I do a warming socks treatment, I sleep like a baby so Iโm going to do that tonight.
Lu turned 18 months old yesterday ๐ and ๐ at the same time. Hereโs the big year and a half girly rocking her skinny jeans.
I love that girl.
Foodwise, everything is going really great. I made some killer granola bars this weekend but need to get some good pictures before I post the recipe. This one doesnโt cut it.
SO YUMMY!
With that I have to go try and stay awake and get some work done!

reading in bed always puts me to sleep…but you gotta choose a book that’s calming and not one that you’re incredibly interested in! ๐ good luck girl, i haven’t had too many sleepless nights, but they are NOT fun!

I have no sleep tips, but when I am having trouble sleeping I eat something. It usually helps for me? Hope you get a good night of sleep tonight!
Have you tried reading in bed? I always cozy up with my latest book and get all excited about what is going to happen next, and then before I know it I’m about to nod off and I’m hardly ten pages in.
18 month old Lucy is more stylish than 3/4ths of the girls I see on campus. ๐
Reading used to be my trick but now I just finish the book! DANGIT.

lu is too CUTE. lavender scent helps me relax and sleep–have you ever tried aromatherapy? reading also helps me sleep but alas you already got that tip and it doesn’t work ๐

Yogi Kava Stress Relief tea is my favorite before bed. If i am really struggling I’ll take a children’s dose of Benadryl.

Sorry you aren’t sleeping. Reading helps me or watching a movie.
It’s impossible for me to get to sleep before midnight. I guess I have programmed my body this way – but I love having my ME time after J goes to bed at 7:30. I go to the gym afterwords, eat, shower and get in my jammies. Most of the time that is around 10:30! I love reading before bed, that always seems to put me to sleep, in a good way! ๐
Oh and congrats on the big girl! J just turned 18 months on the 15th! Where has the time gone! =(
