I got up today at 5:30 (GO ME!) and went to spin class.  The teacher had the same jokes, the same people were in the class-wearing the same clothes, talking about the same thing.  It was eerie-it was like stepping back in time a few years.  Even though people don’t change (much!) equipment does!  The new bikes ARE AWESOME!!!  It was a good class and I burned 400 calories in 45 minutes-can’t beat that!

Before class I ate half of this:

and had the other half after class.  It was okay.  I think it would be better as an oatmeal topping.  A little too coconutty for my taste-I didn’t think that was possible!

I had a hard time going to sleep last night and I slept like utter crud all night.  I know it has to do with the Grande latte I had yesterday.  Today it’s back to tea!

My sweet, loyal kitty got up with me but wasn’t too happy to be doing it:

I am VERY happy for the weekend.  We’re having family pictures done tomorrow by my friend Natalie. I also have a little something up my sleeve.  Here’s a hint:

Oh and Sabrina would be so proud-I took her advice and folded laundry last night before I put another load in the dryer.  Shaun was speechless.  We’ll see if I can keep this up.  I hope so!
